The month of August was a whirlwind for the Detroit Lions and their search for quarterback depth. In that month alone, the Lions signed Josh Johnson, Luis Perez and traded for David Blough. Two of those quarterbacks ended up making the final roster, while the two quarterbacks who had been with the team since June—David Fales and Tom Savage—were both cut over the weekend.
Well, we may be in for some more quarterback roster moves now that we’re in the month of September.
