RECAP: Lions at Rams

What happened:All the things that had been working so well for the Lions over the last month let them down Sunday in St. Louis.

After holding opponents to under 68 rushing yards in each of their last four contests, the Rams racked up 203 yards on the ground with rookie running back Todd Gurley accounting for 140 of those.

An offense that was averaging 26 points over the last month, and generally playing better football under new offensive coordinator Jim Bob Cooter, managed just two scoring drives and 14 total points.

Quarterback Matthew Stafford has been praised over the last four games for taking care of the football and limiting mistakes.
