ALLEN PARK, Mich. – Detroit Lions cornerback Rashean Mathis is undecided about his future but what happens with the franchise and coach Jim Caldwell could end up making decisions for him.
“If I’m not here then I’m nowhere,” Mathis said. “Caldwell, definitely, that could be a deciding factor if I decide if I want to play or not.”
Mathis said “Ehh,” if he would play for a coach in Detroit other than Caldwell but that he has not made that decision yet, either.
