Once the field of starting safeties started to dwindle, the Detroit Lions were expected to bring back Isa Abdul-Quddus to take back his starting job he gained last season. After IAQ left for a better offer with the Miami Dolphins, the cost of doing business got somewhat expensive for Detroit. The team has signed a couple of depth players, then signed one that is expected to start. That safety is Rafael Bush, formerly of the New Orleans Saints.
Rafael Bush came to the NFL in 2010 as an undrafted free agent out of South Carolina State.
