MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. -- The Miami Dolphins led the AFC East with the New England Patriots. They hadn't lost a game at home all season. In fact, they've been one of the best home teams in the NFL under Adam Gase.
Then the Detroit Lions rolled into town, and ran right over them.
Rookie sensation Kerryon Johnson led the way 158 rushing yards, and the Lions had 248 as a team in a 32-21 win Sunday against Miami. That's Detroit's best rushing day since it had 259 yards against Tampa Bay in 1997.
Johnson has been Detroit's biggest breakout star of the season.
