When Quandre Diggs wrapped up his brief and uneventful media session Thursday, the Detroit Lions safety reached down and picked up two large boxes sitting by his locker.
The left hand he broke in last week’s loss to the Dallas Cowboys, covered in a soft white cast, was no issue for perhaps the toughest player, pound-for-pound, on the team.
Diggs offered no real insight on whether he’ll play Sunday against the Packers — “I’m going to ask Miss Cleo,” he said — but by the looks of it, he’ll be on the field.
