Allen Park – Bob Quinn’s transformation of the Detroit Lions’ offensive line is complete. The general manger lured in his second big catch of the offseason, signing Pro Bowl guard T.J. Lang on Sunday.
Lang’s agent confirmed the three-year deal on Sunday.
There were three teams in the mix for Lang and he carefully weighed his options after visiting each. He explained the situation on WXYZ’s “Sports Cave” Sunday morning.
“Went back to Green Bay, they were still in the mix,” Lang said during the interview. “Took a visit to Detroit, had a great visit there with all the coaches and everybody.
