Mike Daniels’ biggest regret about last season was that he and the rest of the Detroit Lions defensive line never got to show how dominant they could be.
Da’Shawn Hand hurt his elbow the first week of training camp and didn’t play his first game until late October. When Hand finally got on the field, Daniels was a month into his prolonged absence because of a sprained foot.
Daniels returned for a Week 10 game against the Chicago Bears, a week after Hand sprained his ankle.
