The number of Lions starters sitting out practice Tuesday reached four as the team continued its on-field preparations for Thursday night’s matchup with Green Bay at Ford Field.
Receiver Calvin Johnson (ankle), center Travis Swanson (ankle), defensive tackle Caraun Reid (ankle) and kicker Matt Prater (illness) all sat out practice. Reserve receiver Lance Moore (ankle) was also a no go.
Johnson, Swanson and Reid were all limited participants Monday before being given the day off practice Tuesday.
This has been the drill for Johnson for some time now, so there's little fear he'll miss the rematch with the Packers.
