The first time veteran receiver Lance Moore saw Theo Riddick in practice, it gave Moore a flash-back memory to the early days of his career with the New Orleans Saints when Reggie Bush was a young running back who caught people’s attention with similar skills to Riddick.
Bush wore No. 25 with the Saints, the same number Riddick wears with the Lions, but it’s more than the number that made Moore draw the comparison.
Riddick is one of the top receivers among NFL running backs, as Bush was with the Saints when he broke in as a rookie in 2006 as the second pick in the draft.
