O'HARA: Comfort level higher for Stafford, offense

Quarterback Matthew Stafford and his teammates have an advanced starting point this offseason with a year’s experience running offensive coordinator Joe Lombardi’s system, and the presence of veteran receiver Lance Moore has further accelerated their development.

There is a decidedly higher comfort level compared to last year as the Lions have begun the Organized Team Activities phase of their offseason workout program this week.

“This time of year is a little different than last year, just because last year we were implementing a totally new offense,” Stafford said Tuesday after doing a promotional shoot for Pepsi.
