After any small tiny inkling of playoff hopes were crushed to tiny itty bitty bits on Sunday, some exasperated media and fans are calling on the Lions community to take matters into their own hands by boycotting the team on Thanksgiving.

This year, this conversation comes just as the Lions are thrust into the national spotlight on Thanksgiving. The team is coming off a frustrating, embarrassing loss to the Washington Redskins this past Sunday—a team that went into Sunday with a 1-9 record.
