As part of the festivities surrounding the 2025 NFL Combine in Indianapolis, the league will be hosting their ninth annual Women’s forum on February 26. The program was created to connect women with leaders in the NFL to provide them with career paths to working in the league. From scouting and data analytics, to the football operations or coaching side of the game.
As time has progressed, more and more women are breaking into NFL jobs, and all 32 franchises engaged in the forum last year. In fact, a record 15 full-time coaches were on NFL staffs during the 2024 season.
