Injuries played a big factor in Thursday night’s 27-23 Green Bay victory over Detroit.
At one point in the second half, the Packers had four backup offensive lineman in the game, with left guard Josh Sitton as the only starter still standing.
The Lions had injury issues of their own upfront, as starting center Travis Swanson was inactive for the contest. Detroit lost starting right tackle Michael Ola to a knee injury in the second half.
Ola’s injury was significant. He's started the last three games and has been a spark during that unit’s improved play over that span.
