NOTEBOOK: Lions thin at CB after injuries in Green Bay

The Detroit Lions got their first win in the state of Wisconsin in 24 years after defeating Green Bay 18-16 Sunday afternoon, but they paid a price for it on the postgame injury report.

Starting nickel cornerback Josh Wilson suffered a non-contact injury to his left knee late in the game. He left Lambeau Field on crutches. He was optimistic he didn’t tear his ACL, which is always the fear on non-contact injuries. We'll know more about his status moving forward in a day or two.

The Lions also lost Nevin Lawson to a head injury late in the game.
