Now that the waiver claim deadline has passed, teams are building their roster from the outside in. The Detroit Lions are no exception, and have reportedly made at least two waiver claims on Sunday.
According to Dave Birkett, the Lions have claimed offensive tackle Andrew Donnal and defensive back Dee Virgin.
Donnal comes after the Ravens cut him on Saturday. He was originally a fourth-round pick from the Rams, but was waived by the team late in 2017. In Los Angeles/St. Louis, Donnal started six games and made 27 total game appearances at guard but primarily tackle.
