NFL fines Bears CB nearly $20K for Jameson Williams’ personal foul incident in Week 13

On Saturday, the NFL announced their Gameday Accountability fines from Week 13, and there was a bit of delayed justice handed down from an incident during the Detroit Lions and Chicago Bears game on Thanksgiving. Bears cornerback Tyyrique Stevenson was assessed a nearly $20,000 fine for his part in a personal foul called against the Lions Jameson Williams.

On the play in question, the Lions put Williams in pre-snap motion, and then Jared Goff threw him a flare out into the flat. After the catch, Williams ran up the Bears' sideline and was eventually pushed out of bounds.
