The Detroit Lions are apparently adding a veteran on their offensive line.
Offensive guard Tim Lelito, a Michigan native, is expected to sign with the Lions this week after a message was posted on his foundation’s Facebook page that he would be playing for his hometown team the rest of the season.
Lelito was undrafted in 2013 out of Grand Valley State. He spent four seasons with the New Orleans Saints through last season. He signed with Tennessee in the offseason, but was released before the first game of the season.
