Monday open thread: Who will score the first Lions touchdown of the season?

The 2019 Detroit Lions will feature a lot of new faces on offense, all in hopes of rejuvenating their offense. The Lions dropped from 410 points scored in 2017 to just 324 in 2018, and that regression cost Jim Bob Cooter his job. Now with Darrell Bevell at the helm, there is optimism all around for this offense.

As expected, Matthew Stafford returns as quarterback. 2018 was a down year for him, but Lions fans are hoping that it was an aberration. Joining him will be Kerryon Johnson and Kenny Golladay, both of whom are important members of the Lions’ youth movement on offense.
