Now that free agency and the NFL Draft are both over, the Detroit Lions’ offseason plan has finally come into focus. Beginning with the firing of offensive coordinator Jim Bob Cooter and the subsequent hiring of Darrell Bevell and “ending” with the last of Detroit’s UDFA signings, the team is already looking significantly different from the team Matt Patricia inherited just a year ago.
There were some very popular moves along the way, like going all out to get Trey Flowers in free agency. There were some moves that were not so popular, like taking the lesser-known Jahlani Tavai in the second round of the draft.
