As quarterback, Matthew Stafford has always been one of the most active participants in the Detroit Lions' voluntary offseason workout program.

So not that he needed it, but this year, he has a little extra incentive to show up.

Stafford will earn a $500,000 bonus for taking part in 90 percent of the team's formal workouts this spring, one of 14 different Lions who has a six-figure workout bonus in his contract.
