Live blog: Seattle adds a field goal, leads in 4th

Glover Quin made a play on the ball in the end zone and knocked it away from Jermaine Kearse, forcing Seattle to kick a 27-yard field goal that gives the Seahawks a 13-6 lead with 14:12 left to play in the game.

The Seahawks got into Lions territory with a 32-yard run from Thomas Rawls, and just when it looked as if the Lions would force a third and medium, Haloti Ngata was called for a 15-yard personal foul penalty after the second down play that gave the Seahawks a fresh set of downs inside the 10.

Prater drills another 50+ yard field goal

Matt Prater continues to keep the Lions close, drilling a 53-yard field goal with 4:03 remaining in the third quarter to cut the Seattle lead to 10-6

Considering the Lions started at their own 4, that's not a bad end result.
