Live blog: Drops costing the Lions early on

The Lions had another dropped pass end a drive after getting out near midfield. Eric Ebron couldn't haul in a Matthew Stafford toss that was right on the numbers and the Lions were forced to punt for the second time in as many possessions.

Zach Zenner got the drive started with a 17-yard gain out to the Seattle 40. The Lions would be wise to stick with Zenner over the next three and a half quarters, assuming the game stays close.

On defense, the Lions opened by forcing a three and out when Ziggy Ansah flushed Russell Wilson out of the pocket and Kerry Hyder closed on the outside to force a throw away from the Seattle quarterback.
