ALLEN PARK, Mich. – Detroit Lions head coach Jim Caldwell once again would not give much indication when he expects linebacker DeAndre Levy to return from his hip injury.

And on Friday, Caldwell would not say whether or not Levy would need surgery or has had surgery to help his ailing hip.
