ALLEN PARK, Mich. -- Isa Abdul-Quddus thought Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump's proposal to ban all Muslims from traveling to the United States on Monday was just for "shock value."
Abdul-Quddus, a practicing Muslim, said he thinks Trump's comments were "pure ignorance" when asked about them on Wednesday.
"It's just that, if you can stereotype an entire type to think that they are all evil and you think that they all don't belong in this country, I just look it as pure ignorance," he said.
