DETROIT -- Trailing two touchdowns at home, the Detroit Lions needed a spark before halftime against the Buffalo Bills.
Detroit pulled from their endless back of tricks as offensive lineman Dan Skipper reported in as eligible then caught a short pass from quarterback Jared Goff before barreling into the end zone.

Skipper's nine-yard touchdown at 3:01 in the second quarter helped the Lions close the gap to 21-14.
