Haloti Ngata is coming back to the Detroit Lions for another two seasons.
Ngata's agent, Mike McCartney, announced the deal on Twitter today.
The Lions made re-signing Ngata one of their top priorities in free agency, and now have their entire interior defensive line in tact from last season.
Fellow defensive tackle Tyrunn Walker signed a one-year extension to stay in Detroit last week.
Ngata, 32, had a career-low 24 tackles in 14 games for the Lions last year, but played well in the second half of the season once he was healthy.
