Stephen Tulloch hasn't been released by the Detroit Lions yet, but don't expect to see him at the team's minicamp this week.
The linebacker was officially excused from the mandatory minicamp, a source told ESPN, confirming the news that was first reported by NFL Network.
The Lions told Tulloch in February he would be released but he went through the first part of the league year, almost all of main free agency, the draft and OTAs while still on the roster. Tulloch has not shown up for any offseason workouts.
