Detroit — For the first time this season, Matthew Stafford will take snaps from a different starting center.
Travis Swanson is inactive for Thursday’s game against the Green Bay Packers at Ford Field (8:25 p.m., CBS and NFL Network) due to an ankle injury, and veteran Manny Ramirez will start in his place. Swanson started the first 11 games this season.
Outside of Swanson, the Lions have their starters available for the game despite five others being listed as questionable. Wide receiver Calvin Johnson (ankle), safety Glover Quin (ankle), defensive tackle Caraun Reid (ankle), right guard Larry Warford (concussion) and kicker Matt Prater (illness) are all available.
