ALLEN PARK -- Cyrus Kouandjio is a former Bills second-round pick who started seven games at offensive tackle over the last two years. That includes three straight at left tackle at the end of last season.
But he was also involved in a strange incident in April when police found him without pants in a field, and the Bills later released him.
But the Detroit Lions appear to be OK with what happened, because they signed the offensive tackle Thursday morning.
"I'm not going to go into details about it," coach Jim Caldwell said. "I think you've read enough about it and done your research on it and those kinds of things.
