The Detroit Lions announced Monday that they’ve signed DE Cam Johnson to a futures contract for the 2018 season.
As of now, the Lions have signed 11 players to futures deals including:
- CB Adairius Barnes
- TE Brandon Barnes
- DE Alex Barrett
- WR Dontez Ford
- C Leo Koloamatangi
- S Rolan Milligan
- T Dan Skipper
- QB Alek Torgersen
- DE Jeremiah Valoaga
- DE Cam Johnson
Futures deals are essentially camp invites that will give players the opportunity to compete for roster spots during offseason workouts and training camp.
