The Detroit Lions made several moves on Monday. In an announcement from the team, the Lions confirmed earlier reports that Detroit had signed wide receiver Andre Roberts. However, that wasn’t the only move the Lions made on Monday.
Detroit waived Austin Willis, placed Corey Washington on IR (after clearing waivers) and signed defensive back Keith Lewis.
Starting with the Lions’ newest addition, Lewis was an undrafted free agent in 2014. Since then, he’s been on the practice squads of the New York Jets and San Diego Chargers.
