Two players are activated off the PUP list and the Detroit Lions sign two more.
With cuts and injuries following the preseason game against Washington on Thursday, the Detroit Lions received good news from the injury front whilst also bolstering the ranks. LaAdrian Waddle and Jason Jones were activated off the physically unable to perform (PUP) list and the team signed two more free agents. The roster sat at 87 following Saturday's transactions and now sits at 89 of the maximum 90 currently allowed.
Both Jones and Waddle were placed on the PUP list back in June.
