LATROBE, Pa. -- Jim Caldwell was watching, hovering over the offense -- and particularly the offensive line -- a lot Tuesday afternoon. It was Caldwell’s first chance to see his team against players who aren’t his own this season.
In a practice setting, it gave him a chance to evaluate where his offensive line might be. It was the most focused-on position group for the Detroit Lions this offseason. The team drafted three offensive linemen, including first-round pick and current left tackle Taylor Decker. The Lions moved Riley Reiff from left tackle to the right side.
