Zenner has not spoken with the deans at the Sanford School of Medicine in South Dakota, where he was accepted for admittance, about his decision to defer enrollment for a second straight year, but is planning to have those conversations in the near future because the Detroit Lions running back has decided to continue with his NFL aspirations.
“I’m going to get in contact with them and talk to them about it,” Zenner told ESPN.com on Friday. “I’m going to try and defer again. Absolutely.
