The Detroit Lions were one of the worst teams in the NFL for most of last season, but that didn't stop them from raising ticket prices for the third straight year.
In an email to season-ticket holders today, team president Rod Wood announced a "modest" increase in prices while trumpeting the fact that the cost still "ranks in the bottom third of all NFL teams and is one of the best values in the league."
The Lions finished 7-9 last season. They split their eight home games.
Next season, season-ticket prices will range from $399 for Roar Zone seats in the 300 level to $2,238 for premium seats.
