Nevin Lawson has passed all his concussion tests and will start at cornerback for the Detroit Lions today.
Lawson left last week's win over the Green Bay Packers with a brain injury and was questionable to return for today's game against the Oakland Raiders.
The Lions are short-handed in the secondary after losing two of their top three cornerbacks to season-ending injuries, Rashean Mathis (concussion) and Josh Wilson (knee).
Lawson will start opposite Darius Slay, with Quandre Diggs playing in the Lions' nickel package against an Oakland team that ranks sixth in the NFL in passing offense at 271.
