Lions QB Matthew Stafford wearing glove on banged up left hand

ALLEN PARK -- Matthew Stafford is wearing a glove on his left (non-throwing) hand as Detroit wraps up preparations for Minnesota on Friday afternoon.

Stafford injured the hand when he fumbled in last week's game against Seattle. He also banged up his throwing hand in the game, though later insisted he was fine.

"I'm OK," he said. "Yeah, I'll be all right."

Stafford has done the glove thing before, in 2011 and more recently for the final month of the 2016 season. He injured his finger against the Bears that year, and wound up wearing a specially designed glove that had most of the fingers cut out.
