Lions pass rushers proceed with caution when it comes to Aaron Rodgers

It flies almost in the face of logic, but anyone who’s played Aaron Rodgers knows it to be true.

Pass rushers, that get-up-the-field, get-after-it special breed of player who harass quarterbacks for a living, have to dial things down a notch when going against arguably the best quarterback in the NFL.

“He’s a quarterback that’s really aware of the pocket, he knows where all the rushes are coming from, so you’ve got to be really cautious when rushing him,” Lions defensive end Romeo Okwara said. “You’ve got to maintain your rush lanes because he could break out of any lane at any time.
