Lions OT Ola makes first start, CB Lawson available

Detroit — The search for the Lions' best option at right tackle will continue Sunday with Michael Ola making his first start for the team.

Ola played the majority of the snaps last week after replacing LaAdrian Waddle, who is inactive for Sunday's game against the Raiders at Ford Field (1 p.m., CBS) despite not being listed on the injury report last week.

With Waddle a healthy scratch, Cornelius Lucas will be the backup tackle option after being a healthy scratch last week.

The Lions will have cornerback Nevin Lawson available after he passed the NFL's concussion protocol following his brain injury against the Packers last week.
