You weren't the only one who was confused by the NFL's old catch rule.
And now that it's changed, referee Brad Allen said judging what is and isn't a complete pass will be much easier to do.
"I think that it is much clearer. It is much more palatable for everyone to understand," Allen said. "Going to the ground, that aspect of our rule was very confusing to a lot of people, including people in this room and people outside of this room, so I’ll just leave it at that.
