MOBILE, Ala. – After missing most of the last two seasons with injuries, Detroit Lions linebacker DeAndre Levy should finally have a full spring of practice.
Levy does not currently need more surgery on his right knee, a person familiar with his injury history told the Free Press on Tuesday.
Lions general manager Bob Quinn declined to say if Levy would require more surgery earlier this month.
Levy missed 11 regular-season games with a knee injury this year and underwent surgery to repair meniscus tears in his knee during the fall. He also missed 15 games in 2015 because of a hip injury that eventually required surgery and delayed his return last spring.
