Amidst the Detroit Lions’ insane comeback win against the Houston Texans, tight end Sam LaPorta suffered an injury early in the second half and did not return to the game.
It was announced as a shoulder injury, but according to Lions coach Dan Campbell, they don’t believe it’s a serious injury that could hold him out for a prolonged period of time—he may not even miss the next game.
“I don’t know how significant it will be, (but) it’s not something like—this is not, ‘He’s going to be out four weeks,’” Campbell said.
