Lions' GM not concerned Levy's injury long-term issue

Allen Park -- All things considered, the Detroit Lions are relatively healthy a week before the team's exhibition opener. On Wednesday evening, 87 of the team's 90 players practiced, with running back Theo Riddick and Don Carey returning to action. Tight end Brandon Pettigrew remains out as he rehabs from last December's ACL tear and wide receiver Corey Fuller hasn't even begun to run after undergoing foot surgery in June.

Then there's DeAndre Levy. After practicing during OTAs and mandatory minicamp, the team's best linebacker was surprisingly placed on the non-football injury list with a mystery ailment just hours before the start of training camp.
