The Detroit Lions front office is continuing to take shape. After the additions of assistant general manager Ray Agnew and senior personnel executive John Dorsey, the Lions are also handing Mike Disner a promotion.
Previously the Vice President of Football Administration, Disner is now listed as the team’s Senior Vice President of Football and Business Administration.
Prior to this promotion, Disner was considered the Lions’ salary cap guy, mostly dealing with contracts and cap management. However, with this promotion Disner will take on some of the duties that would normally be placed on general manager Brad Holmes’ plate, specifically on the business side of things.
