Lions DE Jones out after 31 straight starts

Chicago — After starting the past 31 games, Lions defensive end Jason Jones will miss the team's season finale against the Bears at Soldier Field Sunday.

Jones suffered a neck injury last week, and after being listed as doubtful, he's among the team's seven inactive players.

Defensive tackles Khyri Thornton and Gabe Wright, wide receiver Corey Fuller, running back George Winn, offensive tackle Corey Robinson and center Braxston Cave are also inactive.

Meanwhile, the Bears will be without three offensive starters as wide receiver Eddie Royal, tight end Zach Miller and center Hroniss Grasu are inactive.
