The Detroit Lions are in the playoffs, but obviously have their sights set on a bigger accomplishment.
The Washington Redskins were upset at home by the New York Giants earlier today, which automatically places both Detroit and Green Bay in the playoffs.
But there’s still plenty on the line tonight at Ford Field between these two NFC North rivals.
The winner of tonight’s matchup takes home the division crown and gets a home playoff game next Saturday or Sunday. For the Lions, it would be their first division title since 1993.
“I think it’s a situation that you have to embrace,” Lions head coach Jim Caldwell said this week.
