ALLEN PARK, Mich. – Detroit Lions starting center Travis Swanson missed practice Wednesday because he is dealing with a concussion.
It’s not clear when Swanson suffered the concussion, as he played all 70 snaps in Detroit’s 28-13 victory over New Orleans last Sunday. Swanson has started every game this season for the Lions and had turned into one of the league’s top centers.
Not only had Swanson started every game for Detroit this season, he has played all 722 offensive snaps and has been a consistent player up front for quarterback Matthew Stafford.
