DETROIT — The Detroit Lions and Quicken Loans, America’s second largest retail mortgage lender, today announced the launch of a new fan campaign. “Blue Out Fridays” will encourage and reward fans for showing their Lions pride by wearing blue every Friday during the season.
“Our collective goal is for Blue Out Fridays to become a rallying point for our fans leading into each of our games,” said Detroit Lions Team President Tom Lewand. “Working with Quicken Loans to reward our supporters and celebrate community pride accentuates an already successful partnership.”
Individual fans, groups, businesses and schools who participate will have the opportunity to win Lions-themed prizes by sharing photos displaying their support via Twitter and/or Instagram with the hashtag #BlueOutFriday.
