The Detroit Lions added a pair of offensive tackles to their roster, sending a 2018 sixth-round pick to the Rams in exchange for Greg Robinson and signing free agent Cyrus Kouandjio. These moves come on the heels of Lions left tackle Taylor Decker’s recent shoulder surgery, which is likely to have him on the sideline to start the season.
Robinson, a former No. 2 overall pick, has failed to develop with the Rams, never posting an overall grade higher than 41.3 during his three NFL seasons. His 38.0 overall grade in 2016 ranked 71st out of 78 qualifying tackles.
